Om kosten te drukken en om u sneller van dienst te<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-color has-text-color\">kunnen zijn wordt er gebruik gemaakt van email om invullijsten in te vullen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-base-color has-text-color\">De werkwijze bestaat uit de volgende onderdelen;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aanmelding (via contactformulier) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intake<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behandeling\/begeleiding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afsluiting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-small-font-size is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-fe9cc265 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Aanmelden kan via de website; www.healthy-design.nl of mail; info@healthy-design.nl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U wordt dan uitgenodigd voor een intake gesprek waarbij u vooraf een anamnese formulier toegestuurd krijgt.  Dit <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>graag vooraf toezenden. De intake omvat 1 \u00e0 2 gesprekken waarbij de gesprekken 40 minuten in beslag nemen.  Hierin worden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>uw klachten en vragen besproken.
